General<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><p data-start=\"210\" data-end=\"364\">These terms govern all bookings and stays at <strong data-start=\"255\" data-end=\"285\">Blue Lemon Hideaway, Poros<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"286\" data-end=\"289\" \/>By confirming a reservation, you agree to these Terms &amp; Conditions in full.<\/p><hr data-start=\"366\" data-end=\"369\" \/><h2 data-section-id=\"1k5xchn\" data-start=\"371\" data-end=\"396\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"374\" data-end=\"396\">2. Booking Process<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><ul data-start=\"398\" data-end=\"647\"><li data-section-id=\"1mvvmia\" data-start=\"398\" data-end=\"514\">Submitting a form through the website constitutes a <strong data-start=\"452\" data-end=\"476\">booking inquiry only<\/strong> and does not confirm a reservation.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"beeydj\" data-start=\"515\" data-end=\"647\">A booking is considered confirmed only after:<br \/><ul data-start=\"565\" data-end=\"647\"><li data-section-id=\"yc5308\" data-start=\"565\" data-end=\"605\">written confirmation of availability<\/li><li data-section-id=\"o6hnee\" data-start=\"608\" data-end=\"647\">and receipt of the required deposit<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"649\" data-end=\"652\" \/><h2 data-section-id=\"3d45ht\" data-start=\"654\" data-end=\"672\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"657\" data-end=\"672\">3. Payments<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><ul data-start=\"674\" data-end=\"843\"><li data-section-id=\"1y9z696\" data-start=\"674\" data-end=\"738\">A deposit of <strong data-start=\"689\" data-end=\"702\">30% \u2013 50%<\/strong> is required to secure the booking<\/li><li data-section-id=\"qx1bwx\" data-start=\"739\" data-end=\"843\">The remaining balance must be paid:<br \/><ul data-start=\"779\" data-end=\"843\"><li data-section-id=\"1iyc1ee\" data-start=\"779\" data-end=\"799\">prior to arrival<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1ss7nv6\" data-start=\"802\" data-end=\"843\">or at check-in (as agreed in advance)<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-section-id=\"stu8a3\" data-start=\"845\" data-end=\"878\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"849\" data-end=\"878\">Accepted Payment Methods:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><ul data-start=\"879\" data-end=\"928\"><li data-section-id=\"8fsa2t\" data-start=\"879\" data-end=\"896\">Bank transfer<\/li><li data-section-id=\"b3jtmg\" data-start=\"897\" data-end=\"928\">Cash upon arrival (if agreed)<\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"930\" data-end=\"933\" \/><h2 data-section-id=\"16ydgeg\" data-start=\"935\" data-end=\"964\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"938\" data-end=\"964\">4. Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><ul data-start=\"966\" data-end=\"1180\"><li data-section-id=\"1xq04et\" data-start=\"966\" data-end=\"1020\">Free cancellation up to <strong data-start=\"992\" data-end=\"1018\">14 days before arrival<\/strong><\/li><li data-section-id=\"aqstt2\" data-start=\"1021\" data-end=\"1097\">Cancellations made within 14 days:<br \/><ul data-start=\"1060\" data-end=\"1097\"><li data-section-id=\"23dgn1\" data-start=\"1060\" data-end=\"1097\">the deposit is <strong data-start=\"1077\" data-end=\"1095\">non-refundable<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li data-section-id=\"jervx3\" data-start=\"1098\" data-end=\"1180\">In case of <strong data-start=\"1111\" data-end=\"1122\">no-show<\/strong>:<br \/><ul data-start=\"1126\" data-end=\"1180\"><li data-section-id=\"1y3eskf\" data-start=\"1126\" data-end=\"1180\"><strong data-start=\"1128\" data-end=\"1162\">100% of the reservation amount<\/strong> will be charged<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"1182\" data-end=\"1185\" \/><h2 data-section-id=\"2v3heg\" data-start=\"1187\" data-end=\"1213\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"1190\" data-end=\"1213\">5. Security Deposit<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><ul data-start=\"1215\" data-end=\"1371\"><li data-section-id=\"xohox2\" data-start=\"1215\" data-end=\"1272\">A security deposit (e.g. \u20ac100 \u2013 \u20ac300) may be required<\/li><li data-section-id=\"105qvqe\" data-start=\"1273\" data-end=\"1326\">It is refundable after inspection of the property<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1virn1w\" data-start=\"1327\" data-end=\"1371\">Any damages will be deducted accordingly<\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"1373\" data-end=\"1376\" \/><h2 data-section-id=\"gc34uz\" data-start=\"1378\" data-end=\"1408\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"1381\" data-end=\"1408\">6. Check-in \/ Check-out<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><ul data-start=\"1410\" data-end=\"1469\"><li data-section-id=\"18pw82e\" data-start=\"1410\" data-end=\"1438\">Check-in: from <strong data-start=\"1427\" data-end=\"1436\">15:00<\/strong><\/li><li data-section-id=\"shvmx3\" data-start=\"1439\" data-end=\"1469\">Check-out: until <strong data-start=\"1458\" data-end=\"1467\">11:00<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1471\" data-end=\"1529\">Alternative times may be arranged subject to availability.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1531\" data-end=\"1534\" \/><h2 data-section-id=\"1ev77ph\" data-start=\"1536\" data-end=\"1557\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"1539\" data-end=\"1557\">7. House Rules<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><ul data-start=\"1559\" data-end=\"1808\"><li data-section-id=\"i4pe93\" data-start=\"1559\" data-end=\"1599\">Maximum occupancy: <strong data-start=\"1580\" data-end=\"1597\">2<\/strong><\/li><li data-section-id=\"6qjmwe\" data-start=\"1600\" data-end=\"1655\">Parties and excessive noise are strictly prohibited<\/li><li data-section-id=\"15sesns\" data-start=\"1656\" data-end=\"1689\">Quiet hours must be respected<\/li><li data-section-id=\"10t8ytg\" data-start=\"1690\" data-end=\"1740\">Smoking indoors is not allowed (if applicable)<\/li><li data-section-id=\"2lc6hj\" data-start=\"1741\" data-end=\"1808\">Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay<\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"1810\" data-end=\"1813\" \/><h2 data-section-id=\"1npddsf\" data-start=\"1815\" data-end=\"1845\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"1818\" data-end=\"1845\">8. Guest Responsibility<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><p data-start=\"1847\" data-end=\"1870\">Guests are expected to:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1872\" data-end=\"1977\"><li data-section-id=\"dq5xne\" data-start=\"1872\" data-end=\"1916\">Treat the property with care and respect<\/li><li data-section-id=\"jhvj9b\" data-start=\"1917\" data-end=\"1943\">Avoid damage or misuse<\/li><li data-section-id=\"oggl8e\" data-start=\"1944\" data-end=\"1977\">Report any issues immediately<\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"1979\" data-end=\"1982\" \/><h2 data-section-id=\"gwlqac\" data-start=\"1984\" data-end=\"2017\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"1987\" data-end=\"2017\">9. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><ul data-start=\"2019\" data-end=\"2202\"><li data-section-id=\"1eyxz8g\" data-start=\"2019\" data-end=\"2152\">Blue Lemon Hideaway is not liable for:<br \/><ul data-start=\"2062\" data-end=\"2152\"><li data-section-id=\"f015w\" data-start=\"2062\" data-end=\"2093\">loss of personal belongings<\/li><li data-section-id=\"8nmr3s\" data-start=\"2096\" data-end=\"2152\">injuries resulting from improper use of the property<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li data-section-id=\"1dpe82l\" data-start=\"2153\" data-end=\"2202\">Guests stay at the property at their own risk<\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"2204\" data-end=\"2207\" \/><h2 data-section-id=\"1of4rp2\" data-start=\"2209\" data-end=\"2233\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"2212\" data-end=\"2233\">10. Force Majeure<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><p data-start=\"2235\" data-end=\"2326\">We are not liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control, including:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2328\" data-end=\"2448\"><li data-section-id=\"z0oqg5\" data-start=\"2328\" data-end=\"2349\">natural disasters<\/li><li data-section-id=\"zt45e4\" data-start=\"2350\" data-end=\"2391\">strikes or transportation disruptions<\/li><li data-section-id=\"fpw2vu\" data-start=\"2392\" data-end=\"2419\">government restrictions<\/li><li data-section-id=\"u2h1u6\" data-start=\"2420\" data-end=\"2448\">unforeseen circumstances<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2450\" data-end=\"2528\">In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative solutions.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2530\" data-end=\"2533\" \/><h2 data-section-id=\"1cw2nnt\" data-start=\"2535\" data-end=\"2556\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"2538\" data-end=\"2556\">11. Amendments<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><p data-start=\"2558\" data-end=\"2680\">We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.<br data-start=\"2613\" data-end=\"2616\" \/>The applicable terms are those in effect at the time of booking.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2682\" data-end=\"2685\" \/><h2 data-section-id=\"twymxh\" data-start=\"2687\" data-end=\"2711\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"2690\" data-end=\"2711\">12.
