1. General
These terms govern all bookings and stays at Blue Lemon Hideaway, Poros.
By confirming a reservation, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
2. Booking Process
- Submitting a form through the website constitutes a booking inquiry only and does not confirm a reservation.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after:
- written confirmation of availability
- and receipt of the required deposit
3. Payments
- A deposit of 30% – 50% is required to secure the booking
- The remaining balance must be paid:
- prior to arrival
- or at check-in (as agreed in advance)
Accepted Payment Methods:
- Bank transfer
- Cash upon arrival (if agreed)
4. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival
- Cancellations made within 14 days:
- the deposit is non-refundable
- In case of no-show:
- 100% of the reservation amount will be charged
5. Security Deposit
- A security deposit (e.g. €100 – €300) may be required
- It is refundable after inspection of the property
- Any damages will be deducted accordingly
6. Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: from 15:00
- Check-out: until 11:00
Alternative times may be arranged subject to availability.
7. House Rules
- Maximum occupancy: 2
- Parties and excessive noise are strictly prohibited
- Quiet hours must be respected
- Smoking indoors is not allowed (if applicable)
- Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay
8. Guest Responsibility
Guests are expected to:
- Treat the property with care and respect
- Avoid damage or misuse
- Report any issues immediately
9. Limitation of Liability
- Blue Lemon Hideaway is not liable for:
- loss of personal belongings
- injuries resulting from improper use of the property
- Guests stay at the property at their own risk
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control, including:
- natural disasters
- strikes or transportation disruptions
- government restrictions
- unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative solutions.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
The applicable terms are those in effect at the time of booking.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece.
